During my stint at this statewide non-profit, I owned marketing strategy, content and direction for external communications, both print and digital, paid and organic.

Highlights:

  •  Grew email Click-Through Rate (CTR) upwards of +126% above average
  •  Worked to define audience segments for targeting
  • In 90 days, had >63K Impressions,  1.6K Engagements, and 8.4% Engagement Rate
  • Highest engaged post had 1.2K video plays, ~67% ER
  • Simplified website strategy and user experience for Polar Plunge 2025
  • Owned creative concept, campaign strategy and directed six videos for Charitable Check-off 2025. This included overall storyline, scripts, creative direction and publishing. Filming, final cut and edits were done by fabulous contract video editor Dillon Vibes.
