As the Content Manager for Product Marketing and Messaging across Amazon Web Services, I owned content strategy for our channels. My role managed our content, messaging guidelines and communications across internal and external channels to drive brand strategy operations including brand recognition, acquisition, and strategic communications for AWS Training and Certification.
During my tenure, I owned the content strategy for multiple internal and external channels, including our main page for Customer Success Stories. This page is crucial for telling the Training and Certification story, its impact on lives, and the way it transforms businesses and learners all over the world. We led with thought leadership in our storytelling and I drove it across multiple digital platforms to amplify promotion.
