Successfully owned and launched three international programs for customers. Continually worked to build and scale technical content publication processes for Worldwide Amazon Web Services Solutions Architects, while managing stakeholders in multiple businesses all over the world. This included project management on a high-level to ensure content was deemed technically accurate, grammatically correct and approved by AWS.

Based on a customer need, I created and operated a brand new program for social media channels. This included both self-promotion for our audiences and their content, plus both paid and organic marketing campaigns of the content. Further more to increase engagement, routinely owned and created blogs to highlight business priority content coming through our publication pipeline.
