Amazon Kids+ (formerly known as Amazon FreeTime and FreeTime Unlimited) required quick onboarding. Immediately after being hired as Content Creator and Editor, my part was integreal to a successful launch of Parent Dashboard. This new communication platform allowed for transparency of kids' content for parents. I owned video and app experiences on the channel and aided in design/UX of UI for Fire Tablet devices. This included "Discussion Cards" which helped parents monitor and engage in conversation about content with children.
During my tenure, I grew in my role to own catalog and content program management for customer experience on tablet devices including setting strategy for content ingestion, curation and inventory. Aided with business development working with partners like Disney, Nickelodeon and more to enhance customer engagement campaigns on device, with things like holiday content featured during the season.
